the "show me" feature is a good start.
Likeliness to Recommend
What differentiates Tableau from other similar products?
for a new analyst, the "show me" feature is great. you can just select the data you are interested in, and "show me" will suggest different types of charts you could make.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
it's a great way to learn. it helps to understand when to use a bar chart versus a line chart. it's like having a little guide helping you get started with your analysis.
What do you dislike most about this product?
after a while, you stop using "show me." it only suggests very basic chart types. to make really advanced or custom visualizations, you have to learn how to build them yourself without the help of "show me."
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
for beginners, it's a fantastic feature that helps lower the learning curve.
