Greenhouse provides many powerful features, including structured interviewing, anonymized screening, and DEI reports that support inclusive hiring practices. Its real-time dashboard and detailed reports help in tracking pipeline performance, time-to-hire, and source quality. Its features are easy to learn, and it has excellent customer service.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There is nothing that I dislike about it. It is flexible enough to customize according to roles and working demands. It supports me in collaborative hiring by letting my team give their feedback, score candidates, and make data-driven decisions.

Greenhouse appeals to me. The full candidate lifecycle, from recruiting to hiring, may be managed by recruiting. Enables the simultaneous posting of job openings on several job boards.
