What differentiates Deem from other similar products?
One of Deem’s strongest differentiators is its modern, consumer-forward user interface, which creates a more intuitive and streamlined booking experience compared to some other online booking tools. The platform is especially effective for frequent travelers, offering workflows that help expedite the booking process and reduce friction throughout the user journey. Deem also maintains strong parity between its desktop and mobile experiences, allowing travelers to have a consistent and reliable experience regardless of device.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
My favorite aspect of Deem is the ‘Book Again’ feature, which allows travelers or arrangers to duplicate an existing trip instead of starting the booking process from scratch. The ability to either copy the same traveler’s trip or quickly swap the traveler makes the process incredibly efficient. This is especially valuable for arrangers who repeatedly book the same travelers to the same destinations, as well as frequent travelers who often take similar trips. It significantly reduces booking time and improves overall workflow efficiency.
What do you dislike most about this product?
My biggest frustration with Deem is the backend administrative experience, particularly from a configuration and policy management standpoint. Compared to other online booking tools, there are limitations around building robust travel policies, approval workflows, and more customized administrative controls. Another challenge is that Deem does not pull company or traveler GDS profiles directly into the booking flow, which makes PNR mapping and profile management more manual and time-consuming for TMCs. I also dislike that administrators cannot access user administration tools from a single login experience.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I would recommend Deem to organizations that prioritize a modern, intuitive traveler experience and want an online booking tool that feels sleek and easy to use. The platform does an excellent job streamlining the booking process for travelers and arrangers. However, for more complex travel programs, additional workarounds or backend scripting may be needed to support advanced policies, approval workflows, and custom configurations. Understanding those limitations upfront is important for long-term program success.

What differentiates Deem from other similar products?
Deem is simple and a well designed online booking tool. It's very easy to book, modify and easily cancel and rebook my trip with Deem. The interface is very intuitive and easy to customise and navigate making it a very easy to use platform. The customer support is also proactive and very dedicated. It's well suited for my small organisation and also for larger enterprises.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I have been using Deem for 3 years and it's been a great user experience. Intuitive interface makes it easier to book to navigate the tool with little supervision. Easy to train and implement to new clients. I like the mobile app it's great and makes it easy to use while on the go. Makes it a great travel management and support platform with 24/7 support.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The hotel search doesn't work perfectly. Could have some improvement on that.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I recommend this tool because it's easier to book and the intuitive interface and simplicity is great.

What differentiates Deem from other similar products?
A very convinient tool for managing our travel expenses all in one place. Deem customer support is very responsive and very supportive. The interface is very user-friendly and easy no navigate making it so much easy to use. It also enables us to book flights easily, hotels and rental crs related to the business travel. Now its easy to book and compare flights easil with a single click.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Ease of use. Able to book any kind of travel very quickly. The mobile app is great. seamless integrations.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Should update this software regularly.
