Paul holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce (Management Information Systems), an MBA in Organizational Enablement, and the Project Management Professional (PMP) designation. He also contributes to his community through civic leadership roles, including serving on the City of Kitchener’s Equity and Anti-Racism Team and the City of Waterloo’s Economic Development Advisory Committee.
