About Lindsay Austin

Lindsay is Practice Lead, Learning Solutions, at McLean & Company. She leads the program delivery team in Learning Solutions, including coaching and facilitation programs. In her role, Lindsay drives organizational excellence through one-on-one coaching with leaders at all levels. She delivers authentic and effective leadership experiences through facilitating McLean & Company’s leadership and strategic HR development programs. Lindsay uses passion and curiosity to get the best out of problems, processes, and people.

Prior to joining McLean & Company, Lindsay worked in the oil and gas sector in human resources leadership. Most recently she led and managed her own business as a coach and HR consultant. Lindsay has a BA from Mount Royal University, a Graduate Coaching Certificate from Royal Roads University, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation through the International Coaching Federation.
